“We had an absolutely fabulous holiday with Julie as our host! The unit was exactly as promised with an exceptional view. In fact, the beach is even closer than the pics appear. You can hear the beach waves through the night and wake to a gorgeous view of the beach every day. We were skeptical to travel with all of the Canadian government rules, but in all honesty, we are so happy we went. Some quick perks: – Deck is large, you can dine and relax – Many amenities within 5 min walk – AC works really well – Kitchen is well-equipped – Two full bathrooms – Security is serious about access – Never any trouble getting beach loungers – Can bring your own food/drink to beach – Staff are friendly – Laundry was great for a 2 week stay – Wifi was fantastic Our only slight* negative was that the mattress was very firm, but this is typical of Latin America and the Caribbean. We would 100% stay with Julie again and even in this unit. Julie was very responsive, arranged our transfers, and even invited us for Christmas dinner! She is super friendly and is always floating around the Playa Turquesa grounds if you ever need anything.”
